Diana's pre-6 roams are low-percentage unless the bot lane has already burned their spells. After 6, every roam is a potential double kill. Time your shoves to land roams right as R comes up.

At high elo, Diana roams are telegraphed by the wave state. Good players expect it. The solution is deep vision on the side you're rotating to — a ward in their jungle removes the counterplay.
