Veigar is immobile and his Event Horizon cage only stuns if you touch the wall — stand in the centre and you take no stun. He scales hard so do not let him farm freely, but early-mid game you have a big advantage.

Any time his E is down. W directly onto him and combo. Inside his cage, walk to the centre immediately — the stun does not apply there.

Standard Shadowflame + Rabadon's. Banshee's if he is very ahead. No special considerations — farm and scale.
